Tokorozawa Sakura Town (Tokorozawa, Saitama)

Tokorozawa Sakura Town is a complex facility operated by KADOKAWA Inc. and the Kadokawa Cultural Promotion Foundation in Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture. It is considered to be a center for Japanese culture, especially anime and manga culture.

Tokorozawa Sakura Town has schools and other educational institutions, bookstores, merchandise stores, restaurants, hotels, museums, and even shrines coexisting within its facilities.

The highlight of the museum is the Kadokawa Musashino Museum here. The museum is popular for its huge bookshelf theater library, which also displays animation, and regularly holds special exhibitions.

The building is known for its eye-catching form and was designed and supervised by architect Kengo Kuma.
