What is Butlers?
The Butlers are a group of stewards at Lock Heart Castle, led by “Sir Douglas”, who are in charge on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Lock Heart Castle is a hands-on facility where you can enjoy wearing your favorite costume from an endless selection of rental outfits and take pictures at various locations.
At Lock Heart Castle, visitors can take pictures with butlers who are present on weekends and holidays. The butlers not only look like but also talk and act like real butlers, so women will feel as if they are real princesses and men will feel as if they are real princes.
