Recommended gourmet food including BBQ at the foot of Mt.Fuji “Dallas Village” (Yamanakako,Yamanashi)

Craft no Sato (Craft Village) in Yamanakako-mura, Minamitsuru-gun, Yamanashi Prefecture, is a very popular spot where visitors of all ages can enjoy a full day of fun with its restaurants, hands-on workshops, and even a dog run on its vast grounds of 2,500 tsubo (around 4,500㎡). There you can enjoy very authentic Italian cuisine.

At the workshop, visitors can experience about 12 different types of crafts and create their own original goods. This time, we would like to introduce you to the authentic cuisine available at the craft village.

Dallas Village, a BBQ restaurant has 60 seats on the terrace with a close view of Mt. Fuji and 60 seats inside the restaurant, which is safe even in the rain, making it a very spacious and open space with no wall partitions. As the name suggests, this restaurant is a BBQ restaurant. The indoor setting eliminates the worry of rain or snow, and there is no messy cleanup or preparation, making it a very easy and convenient place to BBQ.

This BBQ restaurant also offers an a la carte menu of carefully prepared dishes such as curry and hamburgers, all of which are exquisite and authentic.

This is a recommended Mt. Fuji set menu that includes fried chicken and other items in our special demi-glace sauce.

The menu also offers a wide variety of dishes, such as a rare homemade shrimp curry with fried shrimp, and bone-in spare ribs that are so meaty that both children and adults will find it hard to decide what to order. In addition to soft drinks, wine and other alcoholic beverages are available to accompany your meal.
