The ruins of the Cape Taibusa Battery still remain today. Located at the westernmost tip of Minami-Boso City, the area is rich in nature and offers a variety of activities such as sea bathing, forest bathing, and mountain climbing. The cape is a mountain, and the highest point is 95 m, including the 81 m mountain and observatory. It is also used as a walking trail, and the city road leading to the cape is steep, so you may need to be prepared for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are sea cliffs at the tip and a cave with a legend. The scenery is also good, with views of Tateyama Bay, Tomiura Bay, the setting sun on a clear day to the west, and Mt. Fuji.
